Job summary

CONVERGIX Automation Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead and mentor project teams, overseeing cost, schedule, and scope from start to finish. The role reports to the Director of Project Management and requires strong leadership and a results-driven mindset.

You will manage customer expectations, drive project execution excellence, and collaborate with engineering and supply chain to ensure timely design releases and successful FAT/SAT processes.

Qualifications

• PM experience, PMP certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel within US and Canada.
• Engineering background or related field is an asset.
• Experience managing high-dollar value projects with customers.
• Team-oriented leadership and strong problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a variety of projects to customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
• Adhere to Convergix project management fundamentals and budgets.
• Maintain detailed schedules and risk registers.
• Coordinate with engineering and supply chain for design release and supplier statements.
• Manage scope changes and change requests using Convergix processes.
• Lead customer review meetings and provide regular project updates.
