As our next Manufacturing Manager you will lead the shop floor operations and ensure a safe efficient and high-quality production environment. Youll supervise technical teams coordinate resources and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer expectations in quality speed and cost.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Oversee daily operations on the shop floor
  • Supervise and coach technical employees to meet quality and service goals
  • Serve as process leader defining and improving work standards
  • Coordinate inventory and purchasing activities
  • Communicate effectively across teams to align goals and resolve issues
  • Partner with Program Managers to set targets for quality speed and cost
  • Ensure compliance with engineering procedures and quality standards
  • Monitor training needs and coordinate development programs
  • Implement and maintain build standards
  • Approve employee time cards
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to ISO 45001 ISO 14001 IATF 16949 ISO 9001 and company policies
  • Perform other related duties as required
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering
  • Strong understanding of automated solutions and assembly processes
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to communicate technical concepts
  • Proven team management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in FMEA and GD&T
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and quality standards (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001)
  • High integrity dependability and results-driven mindset
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience leading cross-functional manufacturing teams
  • Background in automation and machine building environments
  • Track record of successful continuous improvement initiatives
