Job summary
AutoCanada in Winnipeg, Manitoba is seeking an Automation Developer to lead our automation ecosystem, designing and modernizing workflows, and ensuring reliability and maintainability. You'll partner with stakeholders across departments to scope opportunities and evaluate next-generation platforms.
You will monitor running automations, triage failures, handle support requests, and translate business requirements into technical designs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience building automated workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate.
- Familiarity with the Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams).
- Experience with REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and OAuth authentication.
- Strong documentation and communication skills across teams.
- Experience with full-stack web development is a strong asset.
Responsibilities
- Audit, document, and modernize legacy automation flows.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain automation workflows.
- Monitor running automations and triage incidents.
- Triage support tickets and resolve requests.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into technical automation designs.
- Maintain thorough documentation for all automations.
- Evaluate new automation platforms and assist platform migration planning.
