In this role, you will design, program, and implement advanced control systems while collaborating closely with engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams to bring new products to market. You will help shape the future of our automation platform by contributing to the development of configurable, high-performance solutions that balance technical excellence with real-world application.

This position requires a strong technical foundation, a product-oriented mindset, and a passion for solving complex problems. You will also support product validation and customer deployments, including travel to client sites, ensuring solutions perform effectively in real-world environments.

  • Participate in design reviews and help elevate performance, reliability, and manufacturability
  • Support prototype builds, system debugging, and validation both in-house and on-site
  • Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues during development and post-deployment
  • Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with product management and applications teams to ensure alignment with market needs and real-world use cases
  • Support commissioning, startup, and occasional travel to customer sites
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams, customers, and service personnel
What Sets You Apart
  • You take pride in quality, precision, and doing things right the first time
  • You bring a positive, team-oriented mindset and communicate effectively
