Responsibilities:

• Develop construction drawings and field layout designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Process survey data and compile surfaces using point groups.
• Generate cut and fill maps for volume takeoffs.
• Produce accurate as-built drawings for project closeout.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong knowledge of Civil 3D components, including:
  • Points, Surfaces, Alignments, and Profiles;
  • Grading, Feature Lines, Corridors;
  • 3D modeling and earthwork volume calculations.
• Experience in construction or municipal project drafting.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• CSTS/OSSA or CSO Certification.
• Must be able to pass a pre-access drug and alcohol test.
