Your area of focus.

As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a hands‑on role that requires mechanical knowledge, automotive repair skills, and the ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.

What drives your day‑to‑day?
  • Perform bodywork tasks, applying filler, shaping, forming, sanding, priming, and painting
  • Repair and replace damaged vehicle parts, including body panels, fenders, doors, and bumpers
  • Align and fit vehicle components to the original pre‑condition
  • Inspect vehicles for additional damage
  • Assess Frame with Car‑O‑Liner measurement system
  • Clamp down and pull for mash and sway
  • Section‑in frame rails, quarter panels, rockers, pillars
  • Use spot welder, miracle dent puller, mig welder
  • Attention to detail, panel dry fit, smooth/clean repair
  • Ability to work independently and as part of our team
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines
What are the must‑haves…
  • Red Seal Certification would be considered an asset
  • Completion of a related post‑secondary program and or training courses
  • Knowledge of manufacturers' repair/refinishing processes & adherence to processes
  • Ability to use selected vendor materials efficiently and cost‑effectively
  • I‑CAR certification training and I‑CAR certification would be considered assets
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving history
