Responsibilities


  • Repair vehicles per estimate and according to standards

  • Cooperate and assist other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles

  • Review damage report and estimates of repair cost and plan work to be done

  • Maintain a working knowledge of changes in technology and repair techniques

  • Continuous Learning & Improvement : We are committed to our employee’s continuous learning and development and as such, training is provided through orientation, self-assessments, coaching sessions and demonstrations with managers.



Qualifications


  • I-Car Training preferred

  • Autobody Repairer License or Certificate

  • 5 years of Autobody experience

  • Detail-oriented and demonstrate superior quality in all work produced

  • Exceptional awareness and compliance with company safety standards and procedures

  • Resourceful with a vision to grow within the company

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, clean environment

  • Valid Driver’s License is Mandatory
