The Co-operators in Gander, NL, is hiring an Auto Insurance Advisor to join their local team. This client-facing role focuses on auto insurance quotes, policy changes, renewals, and service inquiries in a busy office.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service or sales experience, strong communication, and are comfortable handling client questions. A General Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one) is required. Base pay starts around CAD 45,000 per year, with benefits.

TheOpportunity:

This is a client-facing role focused primarily on auto insurance, supporting clients with quotes, policy changes, renewals, and general service inquiries. Working within a busy and established office, you will be engaging with clients daily and helping ensure they receive timely, accurate, and professional support.

This role is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, is comfortable speaking with people, and is interested in building a career within the insurance industry. Unlike traditional sales roles, there is no cold calling required, as clients are already coming to you.

• General Insurance License, or willingness to obtain within required timeline
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Positive, team-oriented mindset
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Ability to successfully complete criminal and financial background checks
• Base salary starting at approximately $45,000 annually
• Bonus/commission earning potential
