Job summary

PGW Auto Glass is seeking an Auto Glass Certified Technician to repair and replace automotive glass and calibrate ADAS systems with a focus on safety and quality. The role is permanent, full-time, on site, with responsibilities that include customer communication and thorough documentation.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, hands-on experience in auto glass, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to lift up to 30 kg.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in auto glass repair and replacement is a plus.
• Experience in auto glass repair and replacement, with a strong technical aptitude.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity; strong problem-solving skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace windshields, side windows, rear windows, and other automotive glass components with proper fit and sealing.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Perform thorough inspections before and after installation to ensure quality and adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
• Explain repair and replacement processes to customers; provide accurate estimates and timelines.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions; submit reports as required.
• Keep tools and equipment in good condition; perform regular maintenance checks and support mobile service orders as needed.
