Job summary

Assured Automotive in Canada is seeking an Auto Body Technician to perform structural and non-structural vehicle repairs, including disassembly and reassembly, with a focus on quality and KPI-driven performance.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience and MIG/TIG welding skills; Red Seal or 310B is preferred. Company offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

• Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle.
• Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle.
• Use of frame equipment.
• Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, which directly contributes to KPIs.
• Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance.

The Auto Body Technician is responsible for structural and non-structural repairs, and will disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle. The Auto Body Technician works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities' KPIs.

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding)

Preferred Education and/or Experience

• Red Seal or 310B is preferred
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification)

Other Requirements Travel, physical requirements, etc.

• You are able to lift up to 50 Lbs
• You have your own toolbox
• Valid driver's license required
