Assured Automotive, part of The Boyd Group, seeks an Auto Body Technician to perform structural and non-structural vehicle repairs. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, working with a team to meet KPIs in a busy collision repair facility.

We require a minimum of 3 years of Auto Body experience, MIG/TIG welding skills, and a valid driver’s license. Red Seal or 310B is preferred, with opportunities for training and certification.

• Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding).

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Repair damage to vehicle body panels.
• Vehicle disassembly and reassembly.
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories.
• Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle.
• Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle.
• Use of frame equipment.
• Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, which directly contributes to KPI’s (Sales/ CP/ EBITA/ BHPD/ NPS).
• Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance.

The Auto Body Technician is responsible for structural and non-structural repairs, and will disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle. The Auto Body Technician works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities' KPIs.

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding)

Preferred Education and/or Experience

• Red Seal or 310B is preferred
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification)

Other Requirements - Travel, physical requirements, etc.

• You are able to lift up to 50 Lbs
• You have your own toolbox
• Valid driver’s license required

$90,000 - $140,000 per year
