Job summary

Assured Automotive is hiring a Parts Clerk to join our team in Canada. You will ensure accurate parts handling, timely ordering, invoicing, and stock organization, while maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

With 1–3+ years of automotive parts experience and strong communication skills, you will support operational excellence and a positive customer experience across our collision repair and glass services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years in automotive parts environment.
• Experience with parts systems like Car-part, Progi or APU.
• Strong communication, multitasking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently to ensure service standards.
• Order and receive parts from vendors in a timely manner.
• Enter all parts invoices into the information system.
• Label, track and organize parts; communicate price changes.
• Process part returns and ensure credits are received.
• Post and file invoices/credit memos promptly; keep a clean parts area.
• Apply new knowledge from ongoing training to improve quality and NPS.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Work with vendors to order and receive all parts, in a timely manner
• Enter all parts invoices into our Information System
• Label, track and organize all parts accordingly
• Communicate all Parts Price Changes to all required team members.
• Manage all part returns and ensure credits are received
• Ensure invoices and credit memos are posted and filed/scanned, in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized parts area
• Actively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS.

Minimum Education And/or Experience Required For The Job

• High School Diploma
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts is a bonus)

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Experience with Car-part, Progi, APU, or similar parts systems
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Working knowledge of vehicle repairs practices
• Ability to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Google platform
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills

Other Requirements Travel, Physical Requirements, Etc.

• Frequently required to bend, crouch, reach, handle tools
• Lift in excess of 50 lbs. of materials
• Valid driver’s license required
