Job summary

Assured Automotive is seeking an Auto Body Refinisher to join our team in Ontario. The role involves refinishing vehicles, matching colors, and applying coatings to ensure high-quality repairs after collisions. You will work closely with technicians to meet our KPIs and uphold our standards.

Minimum 2 years of refinishing experience required; Red Seal, I-CAR Gold Class, and PPG certifications preferred. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to central/canadian locations is expected

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of auto body paint refinishing experience in a collision repair facility.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Mixes paint and ensures accurate colour matching.
• Refinishes vehicle surfaces and applies top coats.
• Prepares surfaces, masks, sands, and polishes to achieve quality finish.
• Collaborates with team to meet KPI targets and maintain quality standards.

The Auto Body Refinisher mixes paint, colour matches and refinishes each vehicle.
