This on-site role focuses on accurate repair estimates, scheduling with partner shops, and coordinating with internal teams to keep vehicles moving through the reconditioning process. You will review damage photos, gather quotes, schedule repairs, and process invoices while maintaining clear communication with management.

We are on a mission to build a world-class team that drives innovation, growth, and excellence. As we scale rapidly, we are looking for an Auto Body Estimator to join our reconditioning facility team.
This role ensures that vehicle repair estimates are accurate, repairs are scheduled efficiently, and communication between repair shops and internal teams flows smoothly. You will help keep our reconditioning process on track, ensuring vehicles are repaired correctly and delivered on time.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Skills:
Strong computer skills and proficiency with workflow tools; customer service skills and professional communication
License:
Valid driver’s license (minimum Class 5)
Work Authorization:
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Location:
Ability to commute to Enfield, Nova Scotia
Availability:
Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs

Frequent interaction with management, vendors, and internal teams
Problem Resolution / Analysis:
Identify issues in scheduling, estimates, or invoices and elevate when needed

Previous administrative, customer service, or automotive support experience
