Assured Automotive, part of The Boyd Group, is seeking a detail-oriented team member to perform exterior and interior cleaning, detailing, and shop maintenance. You will contribute to operational efficiency and provide high standards of workmanship in a fast-paced collision repair environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean vehicle exteriors by hand or with equipment.
• Polish and wash windshields, windows, lights and mats.
• Wax, buff and protect vehicle surfaces.
• Vacuum and clean interiors; handle stain removal as needed.
• Keep shop clean and organized; manage parking lot appearance.
• Maintain organization of vehicles and keys in parking lot.
• Ensure WOW plan is implemented to meet quality and productivity standards.

Job Description

At Assured Automotive , we have been providing quality workmanship on every collision repair for over 30 years. Key Job Responsibilities

• Cleans vehicle exterior by hand, brush or by washing equipment
• Polish, dry and clean vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats and exterior body
• Protects and preserves automobile exterior by buffing, polishing and applying waxes
• Vacuum, shampoo, add air freshener and clean vehicle interior (some stain removal may be required)
• Shop is to be kept clean by sweeping and daily emptying of garbage containers
• Maintain a clean and organized parking lot at all times
• Power wash the shop floor, (to reduce appearance of dirt) as required
• Maintain and organize the vehicles in the parking lot daily (incl. keys, floor mats and RO Signs)
• Responsible for the consistent implementation of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met. This role directly contributes to the shop's efficiency and a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job

High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Effectively work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating multi-tasking abilities while working under pressure

Other Requirements Travel, physical requirements, etc.

• Frequently required to bend, crouch, reach, handle tools and lift in excess of 50lbs of materialsValid driver's license required

Compensation Details

• Compensation: $17.95 - $22 per hour
• Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
