Job summary

A major sports and entertainment venue in Ottawa is seeking an Inclusion Coach to provide support for the Autism Moves program. Qualifications

• Experience with children and youth in sports or therapeutic settings.
• Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Availability to work weekends and weeknights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite behaviour specialist providing intervention strategies.
• Develop weekly lessons considering varying ability levels.
• Collaborate with Program Leader on activity adaptations.
• Monitor participant progress and provide feedback.
• Ensure safety and well-being of participants at all times.
