Job description

Our client operates as a public accounting firm in Singapore, offering a full suite of audit, tax, and advisory services, and is part of an established international network of professional firms.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end external audit processes across various industries, ensuring compliance with SFRS, ACRA regulations, and firm policies.
  • Review and approve audit documentation and final reports, maintaining high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to the System of Quality Management (ISQM 1 & 2) and participate in EQCR and technical consultations where required.
  • Coach, mentor, and retain audit professionals while fostering a collaborative and growth-focused team culture.
  • Build strong client relationships and provide expert guidance on financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory matters.
  • Engage in business development, strategic initiatives, and collaboration with partners to drive firm growth and service expansion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, with professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA Australia, or ACA.
  • Chartered Accountant (Singapore), ISCA member, and registered Public Accountant with ACRA, holding a valid Practising Certificate.
  • Over 12 years of progressive audit experience in mid to large public accounting firms, including recent leadership at the Director or Partner level.
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management, team leadership, and practice growth.
  • Strong command of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), auditing standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with listed companies or public interest entities is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder and interpersonal abilities.

Salary: Up to $13,000.

Working Days: Monday - Friday. Saturday, half day during peak periods.

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm.

Working Location: Lavender.
