We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, fun, employee development specialist to manage a brand-new location. As a Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will develop, lead, and inspire a team of diverse, energetic, and goal-oriented sales associates. Your role includes being a brand ambassador for AT&T and Diversity Wireless for the community in which your location serves. Our lucrative Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager program not only prepares you for your next step within Diversity Wireless, but it also provides incredible earnings in both a base pay, sales commissions, and store performance bonuses.

• Ensure store appearance guidelines and operational effectiveness of your Diversity Wireless location
• Other tasks and duties you would expect as a Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager

This is all YOU need to succeed:

• 1 or more year(s) of Management Experience in retail and or wireless retail sales is required
• 2 years or more of higher education
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs
• Proven track record of employee development and sales goal attainment
• Strong communication, mathematics, and computer use skills
• Availability to be flexible in supporting retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• The ability to inspire your team and a passion for delivering incredible customer service
