As an Assurance Manager [Non-Audit], Privately Held Business Group, your responsibilities will include:

1. Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service
2. Leading coaching and performance management for direct reports
3. Participating in recruitment processes
4. Planning and executing client engagements across various industries
5. Managing work assignments and team performance
6. Reviewing corporate and personal income tax returns, NTRs, and reviews
7. Proactive problem solving with teams and clients
8. Applying strategies to deliver profitable services and maximize engagement profitability
9. Sharing leadership in the firm and contributing to business planning
10. Identifying and supporting new business opportunities
11. Building the firm's reputation as a trusted business advisor
12. Performing other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary degree/diploma or equivalent experience

Our current salary range in Kamloops, BC, is $78,000-$100,000, with variations based on location and experience.
