On behalf of our client, a growing boutique public accounting firm, we are currently seeking an experienced Assurance Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CPA who enjoys hands-on work, building client relationships, and leading others in a supportive, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple client relationships and engagement teams.
Manage and review compilation engagement files, corporate and personal tax planning, and compliance.
Collaborate with internal staff and external clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Maintain quality, accuracy, and compliance across all deliverables.
Leverage Caseware, Taxprep, and QuickBooks for client engagements.
Demonstrate a results-driven mindset and a positive, proactive attitude.
CPA designation with a minimum of 3 years post-certification experience.
2+ years of experience at the Manager level in a public accounting firm.
Proficiency in Caseware, Taxprep, and QuickBooks.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
This is a full-time, in-office position.
