A charitable organization is seeking a coordinator for the Christmas Kettle Campaign, responsible for overseeing volunteer activities and ensuring the security and distribution of kettles. The ideal candidate will have a high school education, excellent communication skills, and a Class 'G' driver's license. Compensation ranges from $17.60 to $20.64 per hour, based on experience and market conditions.

Compensation: The target hiring range for this position is $17.60 to $20.64 with a maximum of $24.77. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
