• Assist customers with bagging and loading of merchandise.
• Maintain safe work practices and a clean work area.
• Ensure register security and cash handling accuracy; follow company policies.
• Refer customers to Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead for complex needs.
• Educate and support customers on correct and efficient use of self-checkout options.
