Giant Tiger in Beloeil, QC is seeking an Associate for the grocery department on a part-time basis. You will provide strong customer service, operate checkout systems, and help with replenishment and merchandising.

Responsibilities include maintaining planograms, performing cycle counts, and ensuring policy compliance for tobacco and lottery. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service.
• Accurately record customer transactions in electronic cash register, mainline and SCOs.
• Replenish merchandise around the checkout area.
• Follow up on hot selling items and complete markdowns and SKU changes when needed.
• Maintain planograms, labels, tickets and signing standards.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Ensure compliance of all policies when selling Tobacco and Lottery.
• Ensure health and safety policies and guidelines are followed.
• Keep checkout work area clean and organized.
• Follow loss prevention best practices.
