Job summary

Walmart Canada in Granby, QC is looking for an Associate to support customer service and stocking activities in a safe, clean store environment.

You will greet customers, assist with locating merchandise, promote products, ensure accurate stocking, and contribute to a smooth Customer Availability Process.

The starting hourly wage is CAD 18.75, with opportunities to grow through team-based tasks and daily responsibilities.

• Contribute to a safe, clean and hazard-free work environment by following policy and completing safety logs.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading.

Position Summary...

To provide customer service by completing assigned stocking activities. This will be accomplished by accurately stocking picks and new merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions.

What You'll Do...

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.75.
