Job summary

Clutch is seeking an Associate, Strategic Finance in Toronto to own financial models, analytics, and executive materials guiding growth. You will collaborate across the business to keep forecasts live, explain performance, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

You’ll work with leadership on fundraising materials, investor diligence, and lender reporting, building processes, and improving automation for accuracy. This role offers equity incentives and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or strategic finance/FP&A at a high-growth company.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with experience connecting spreadsheets with external data systems (Looker, Snowflake, etc.)
• Relentless attention to detail, structured thinking, ownership mentality, and a passion for building processes from the ground up (and iterating on them to improve automation and efficiency, and improve accuracy).
• Insatiable curiosity about our business, its key drivers, and how to optimize it.

• Produce monthly and quarterly business review decks for leadership and board discussions.

About the role:

As an Associate, Strategic Finance you will help own the financial models, operating analytics, and executive materials that guide Clutch’s next stage of growth. You’ll work across the business to keep the forecast live, explain business performance, and turn operational data into clear recommendations.

What you’ll do:

Salary range: $120k-130k annually plus equity incentives.
