RBC is seeking an Associate on the Ratings and Monitoring team in Toronto to assess credit ratings, monitor risk, and ensure covenant compliance across Banks, Sovereigns, Supranationals, and non-bank financial institutions. The role involves developing industry expertise, collaborating with Adjudication, Business, Global Credit and other Capital Markets areas.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in credit risk/financial analysis, strong communication, and proven stakeholder collaboration skills.
As an Associate on the Ratings and Monitoring team, you will be responsible for assessing credit ratings of Capital Markets borrowers and counterparties, verifying covenant compliance, monitoring company and industry developments and identifying key risk events for Banks, Sovereigns, Supranationals and Non-Bank Financial Institution counterparties / borrowers. The role will require you to develop industry expertise and collaborate with internal stakeholders across several sectors of the Business; including Adjudication, Business, Global Credit and other Capital Markets areas.

The expected pay range for this position is:
$90,000.00 - $135,000.00
