About the Role
As a market-facing leader on the Product team, the Associate Product Manager plays a key role in shaping innovative e-learning solutions for classrooms across Canada. Reporting to the VP, Content & Curriculum, this role is ideal for someone passionate about education and excited to collaborate with a dynamic team.
In partnership with the Program Specialist, the Associate Product Manager will lead the identification, conceptualization, validation, and strategic development of new e-learning resources within the ELA and Social Studies portfolio. This includes participating in project costing, contributing to the instructional design, and sourcing new authors, reviewers, subject matter experts, and thought leaders.
This role requires strong market research skills, both internally and externally, to stay ahead of curriculum changes, pedagogical shifts, and evolving customer needs. The goal is to develop high-impact Edwin e-learning resources that drive growth and customer retention.
We're looking for a results-driven, strategic thinker who understands teaching and learning in digital classrooms. You’re an innovator, a creative problem-solver, an effective project manager, and a strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
