A leading gaming company is seeking an Associate Producer to drive the development of game narratives, oversee production processes, and ensure quality objectives are met. With over 7 years of experience in project management within the video game industry, you'll manage relationships with external partners and mentor your team. This role offers a hybrid work model, balancing personal and professional commitments while fostering innovative gaming projects.
As an Associate Producer, you’ll drive the development of the game's narrative (cinematic teams, directing, scriptwriting, scripted events and audio). This includes, in particular, the following specific mission: everything related to the organization of recording sessions (motion capture and audio), within budgets and in order to achieve quality objectives, relying on Ubisoft's internal service teams. This may include casting elements.
Through careful planning, follow-through, and oversight, you’ll keep development on pace, ensuring that time is spent on the right things, and pivot when need be.
While pushing production capacity and quality, you’ll see to it that your team is ready and able to deliver their chunk of the game on time and in a supportive environment.
