You’ll work with clients to understand what matters most to them and guide them with confidence through every stage of their financial journey.

  • Get to know clients—what matters to them, what they want for their future—and guide them every step of the way.
  • Proactively acquire new clients and bring in assets through a mix of strategic outreach and consistent community presence
  • Leverage a variety of prospecting methods—including cold calling, attending and hosting events, creative networking tactics, and local community engagement
  • Use data and tech tools to dig deep, analyze results, and give smart advice that makes a difference.

  • Stay up to date with the latest financial trends and best practices to keep your skills sharp.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus 3-5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a client-facing sales role preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, grow a client base, and deliver investment advice
Licensing & Regulatory Requirements
  • Successful completion of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) required prior to your start date
  • Ready to get licensed as a Registered Representative with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) if you aren’t already
  • Commitment to earn your Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in your first three years
  • CFP eligibility as per FP Canada requirements: Hold a university degree OR have up to 10 years relevant experience OR 5+ years as a QAFP pro in good standing
