Maintain sponsorship tracking for commitments, sales and collections to ensure program accountability.

Translate metrics into concise, actionable insights for management and leadership preparation. Share learnings and repeatable best practices across the team to improve consistency and execution.
  • Campaign Execution: Partner with internal teams to launch integrated, multi‑channel campaigns that reflect program priorities and business goals.
  • Performance Optimization & Testing: Help track key metrics and team KPIs to uncover insights and refine strategies for greater impact and stronger results.
  • Marketing Strategy & Growth Initiatives:> Support upsell and cross‑sell efforts by maintaining collateral, tracking outreach and documenting provider interest. Contribute to process improvement/implementation, and templates that increase team efficiency.
What you’ll need / Assets

  • 2+ years in project coordination, program operations, or project management with the ability to manage changing schedules and multiple tasks at once.
  • BS/BA degree in business, marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Great communicator with proven ability to collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders and adapt priorities based on feedback and business needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail with proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, answer‑first mindset: takes ownership, anticipates issues and follows through to resolution.
  • Familiarity with monday.com or other work‑management platform preferred.
