What you will do

As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will play a hands‑on role in building and growing household brand names. From developing strategic marketing plans to executing innovative campaigns, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams and agency partners to drive brand health, market share, and consumer engagement. Join our team to make a meaningful impact on brands that Canadians trust, every day.

In this role, you will:

  • Support annual Business Review and Marketing Plan development, acting as main contact with agencies to ensure timely deliverables
  • Lead the development and execution advertising campaigns and promotions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Help develop and execute innovative media plans to drive brand awareness and boost brand health
  • Prepares monthly Nielsen sales and market share reports for senior management.
  • Assist with innovation launches and SKU expansions, coordinating with internal and external teams, including Product Development, Sales, and Finance.
  • Manage month end budgeting process to ensure Advertising and Promotion expenditure commitments are delivered to the Business
  • Liaise with agency partners to coordinate communication and reporting of monthly competitive activity
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing to manage eContent assets
  • Delivers quarterly QA updates to stakeholders and senior management to ensure quality and flag issues
What you will bring
  • A University Business Commerce or Marketing degree
  • Minimum of 2 years marketing experience
  • Creative minded with strong focus on data and analysis, understands how to assess and apply the “so what/now what”
  • Experience interacting with and supporting clients/customers (internal and external)
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Nielsen Discover
