A leading delivery service in Toronto is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate Manager for their growing DashPass subscription business. This role involves managing P&L, leading go-to-market strategies, and analyzing performance to drive improvements. DoorDash is looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate Manager to help grow our Canada DashPass subscription business. DashPass is DoorDash's fastest growing and highest priority area, which means you'll influence some of the key parts of our subscriber's experience, generate key insights and test new products. Together, we are building Canada’s most valuable subscription product to attract and retain DoorDash’s most loyal customers.
The Strategy & Operations Associate Manager, DashPass role is for truth seekers who enjoy solving complex problems, work across the organization, and execute to bring strategies to life. You will manage Canada’s DashPass P&L as well as lead go to market strategy across product, marketing, operations etc. On a typical day, you might lead a new initiative, run and refine experiments to improve subscriber retention, dive into data to explain market performance at the lowest level of detail or metric trends, think up new ideas and translate them into an actionable test, and make sure we never stop learning & executing.
Our best Strategy & Operations Associate Managers are motivated, analytical, creative and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. We are currently operating in a hybrid model, some time in-office and some time remote but it is quite flexible!
