Job summary

DoorDash Canada is seeking an Associate Manager, Growth Operations to lead national expansion and marketplace performance across Canada. You will blend strategic thinking with operational excellence to drive growth, optimize launches, and improve customer and merchant experiences across cities.

You will own the Canada expansion roadmap, run end-to-end implementations, and localize best practices to fit diverse Canadian markets while collaborating with Dasher, Sales, Merchant, and Marketing

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business development, consulting, strategy, startups, or operations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with commercial teams.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; comfortable making data-driven decisions.

Base salary is localized according to employee work location.In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
