What you\'ll do

The Brand Strategy Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of Sport Chek brand strategy. This role contributes to the articulation of brand positioning, strategic planning, and performance analysis, ensuring that all marketing efforts are grounded in consumer insights and aligned with business objectives. They work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and integrity across channels and supports the execution of purpose-driven initiatives such as strategic campaigns and partnerships. With a strong analytical mindset and storytelling ability, this role helps translate data into meaningful brand narratives and strategic recommendations.

  • Assist in developing brand positioning frameworks and strategic narratives.

  • Conduct brand health and campaign performance analysis.

  • Translate seasonal briefs into campaign strategies.

  • Develop long term brand planning that embeds into annual and seasonal planning process.

  • Support cross-functional collaboration to maintain brand consistency.

  • Collaborate in seasonal briefings and strategic planning and integration processes.

  • Help manage agency deliverables and ensure brand alignment.

  • Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategy.

What you bring
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;

  • Strong storytelling ability to translate data and insights into compelling brand narratives.

  • Strong analytical skills with strategic thinking mindset.

  • Excellent project management, communication and organizational skills.
