J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking an Associate Manager to lead profitability through strong customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. You will coach and provide feedback to maximise team performance and may fill various roles to sustain operational excellence.

The role involves partnering with the Store Director, owning a division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling), and ensuring top‑tier customer service and results.

• Three+ years of full‑time retail management experience.

Hourly Range: $24.00 - $30.00
