The successful candidate will work closely with two to three Partners in the group, supported by a collaborative team environment. The Wills & Estates Group meets biweekly for practice discussions and training, fostering a culture of mentorship, development, and professional excellence. You’ll be handling a broad range of estate files and working directly with clients, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are key. You’ll also benefit from full training on advanced legal tech tools and a structured annual development process designed to support your growth and goals.
