Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex topics to executives and community stakeholders.
  • Experience with M&A, private equity, or transaction finance is an asset.
  • Professional or personal experience with Indigenous communities is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Build, refine, and audit financial models that drive investment decisions.
  • Support buy-side transactions and partnership evaluations.
  • Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations and client deliverables.
  • Conduct detailed research and data collection.
  • Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Coordinate project logistics and manage work plans.
  • Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients.
  • Propose, plan and support delivery of consulting engagements.

Skills

CPA designation (or near-complete)
3–4 years of relevant experience
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills
Bilingual in French and English
