Job summary

A technology company in Canada, Alberta is seeking an engineering professional to lead production transfers and ensure supplier compliance. This role requires a diploma in engineering and ideally 2 years of experience. The candidate should be observant, a team player, and capable of working under minimal guidance. Qualifications

  • Holds a Diploma or Degree in mechanical/electronics/electrical.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for leading smooth production transfers by collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain a robust communication system to manage the dynamic priorities inherent in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
  • Manage consignment hardware setup, resolvie test setup challenges, and oversee tooling and spare parts procurement, including acting as a liaison with suppliers
  • Ensure supplier compliance with quality standards via product assessments
  • Develop and maintain documentation for design rules, improvements, and related hardware and software
  • Collaborate with the engineering and preventive maintenance team for continuous process improvement
Requirement
  • Holds a Diploma or Degree in mechanical/electronics/electrical or any Engineering field
  • Preferably 2 years of experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Observant, team-player, able to work under minimal guidance
