A leading healthcare company in Toronto is seeking an Associate Editor to shape engaging health content and oversee freelance writers. The role focuses on managing health programs, ensuring quality, and collaborating with multiple teams. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in health communications and a strong passion for improving health outcomes. This role offers a competitive salary range of CAD $85,000 - $95,000.

As an Associate Editor, you will help shape and deliver engaging health content that empowers members to improve their health outcomes. In this role, you’ll oversee a team of freelance writers, collaborate with cross-functional teams (content strategy, member growth marketing, product customer success, and R & D teams), and contribute your own writing to grow and enhance League’s content library.
You’ll manage and edit a portfolio of health programs, activities, and educational content within the League Health Journey. Our health content library is designed to help members move more, eat better, manage chronic conditions, and communicate more effectively with their healthcare teams. Through your editorial leadership and strategic insights, you’ll ensure every piece of content supports meaningful, lasting health improvements for our members.
CANADA APPLICANTS ONLY: The Canada-specific compensation range below for this full-time position is exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries for the position across all Canadian locations. The salary range is intentional to account for the performance and career progressions a Leaguer will experience in the role throughout their time at League. Where in the band you may land is determined by job-related skills/experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range specific to your skills and experience during the hiring process.
