Job summary

VetCare Canada Inc. in Kingston, Ontario invites an Associate DVM to join our well-established practice. This role focuses on clinical medicine with opportunities for surgical and dental procedures and leadership within a supportive team.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience and hold or be eligible for a full General Veterinary License in Ontario. A collaborative environment and growth are at the core of this opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of veterinary experience preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible for a full General Veterinary License in Ontario.
• Proficiency in surgical and dental procedures.
• Ability to make independent clinical decisions and handle emergencies.
• Strong teamwork and communication with staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive veterinary medical care to patients.
• Perform surgeries and dental procedures as required.
• Lead and collaborate with RVTs, assistants and client care staff.
• Respond to emergencies and manage complex cases.
