Aecon Energy Solutions Inc. employs highly skilled technicians to install advanced meter infrastructure. Whether in a residential, commercial, institutional or hospitality environment, AESI is able to assist customers with their telecom installation needs.

Reporting to the Deployment Manager, the Dispatcher resource associate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks for workforce planning. This position involves working independently and as part of a team, exercising judgment, initiative and multi-tasking skills.

What You'll Do Here:

• Afternoon (16-22:00), weekend (08:00-22:00) and statutory holidays (08:00-22:00) dispatch coordination
• Coordinate, update and maintain technician schedules
• Participate in technician induction procedures
• Provide clerical and administrative support with speed and accuracy
• Learn, interpret and apply organizational policies, rules and regulations
• Maintain and organize document files
• Assist other staff with office tasks as required
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or manager
• Work from home

What You Bring to the Team:

• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
• Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to solve problems and work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Experience in administration and dispatch is an asset
• Good telephone etiquette and dispatch experience are assets

This is an hourly position $20.00-$24.00/hour
