Job Description
The Data & Architecture team (DAS) is leading multiple complex, enterprise-wide initiatives to improve technology management, data controls management and architectural governance at RBC. This role focuses on strategy development, achieving alignment on key focus areas, and managing critical activities to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the DAS team.
As the QTS DAS Strategic Analyst & Operational Lead, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams (QTS & Enterprise) to define the QTS Architecture & Data strategic vision for various Capital Markets initiatives. You will also align project outcomes with strategic objectives, create impactful presentations, manage performance metrics, and foster transparency through internal communications. This role will also support the governance and operational aspects of the architecture strategy execution to ensure efficiency and compliance.
This Associate Director‑level role is based in Halifax, reporting to the Head of Architecture Strategy, Business Management & Governance (Toronto), and involves close collaboration with teams in New York, Toronto, and London.
