What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Set goals for every client engagement within your pod
- Ensure clients adhere to best practices across all channels and mediums
- Support strategists in overcoming approval roadblocks to ensure campaign success
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to address roadblocks and establish action plans
- Lead and empower your team through clear communication and expectation setting
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a marketing agency or related field
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Must be able to operate necessary computer software and remain stationary for extended periods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in B2B tech and SaaS marketing
- Familiarity with LTV:CAC modeling and Customer Generation strategies
- Previous experience managing client relationships and driving performance outcomes
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve client performance
