What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Set goals for every client engagement within your assigned pod
- Ensure adherence to best practices across all channels and mediums for client success
- Support strategists in overcoming approval roadblocks and facilitate campaign success
- Conduct regular 1x1 meetings to discuss roadblocks and establish action plans
- Lead and empower team members through clear communication and expectation setting
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a marketing agency or similar environment
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of marketing metrics and strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote work environment
- Familiarity with SaaS and tech industry marketing practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with LTV:CAC modeling and Customer Generation strategies
- Background in B2B marketing, especially within the tech sector
- Familiarity with performance marketing tools and platforms
- Previous experience in client‑facing roles with a focus on retention
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling content and strategies
