This fast-paced role is ideal for someone who thrives on identifying and remediating operational risk challenges with a focus on the investment environment. Reporting to the Senior Director, the Associate Director will help evolve HOOPP's Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Enterprise Crisis and Continuity (ECC) programs by promoting a strong risk culture and partnering with business areas across the organization to identify and mitigate key operational risks. The role will support both programs. For Operational Risk, the Associate Director will support the execution and enhancement of HOOPP's ORM programs including vendor risk management, operational risk event reporting, key risk indicators and industry event surveillance. For ECC, this role will lead the execution and ongoing management of HOOPP's Enterprise Crisis Management and Business Continuity programs, including plan development and testing and response management during actual disruptions. We are looking for someone who brings an exceptional command of AI and applies it through a strategic lens—identifying high-value opportunities, translating emerging capabilities into practical business solutions, and guiding responsible AI adoption to improve decision-making, efficiency, innovation, and long-term organizational value.

What you will do

Support the ongoing development and evolution of an Operational Risk Dashboard that will showcase the results of the key operational risk metrics. Support on-demand advisory requests and opportunities, which can include special projects, deep dive analysis and investigations. Enterprise Crisis and Continuity: Oversee the development, enhancement, maintenance, and testing of business continuity plans. Facilitate business impact analyses (BIAs), dependency mapping, and risk assessments in collaboration with divisions and IT partners.
