A leading e-commerce company based in Toronto is seeking a Platform Engineering Manager to lead the Cloud Platform Compute teams. This role focuses on driving GCP adoption and overseeing cloud lifecycle management. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in platform engineering, strong leadership skills, and expertise in GCP and Kubernetes. An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy and Salary:
Please note that this is a hybrid role based in Toronto, CAN, and will require you to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
The salary range for this position is $252,852 - $267,300 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units will also be provided as part of the compensation package.

We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineering Manager to lead our Cloud Platform Compute teams at Wayfair. This role is responsible for driving GCP adoption across Wayfair, owning the compute infrastructure, cloud lifecycle management, and service integration platforms that power our global e-commerce operations. You'll oversee the provisioning and usage of GCP services at Wayfair while enabling engineering teams to build and deploy at scale.
