Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience in Quantity Surveying for two Real Property projects valued over $100M.
- Ability to obtain Government of Canada security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end cost management service including cost estimates and change management.
- Lead and mentor an M&E cost management team.
- Develop new business opportunities with clients.
