Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
  • Experience in Quantity Surveying for two Real Property projects valued over $100M.
  • Ability to obtain Government of Canada security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end cost management service including cost estimates and change management.
  • Lead and mentor an M&E cost management team.
  • Develop new business opportunities with clients.
