Job summary

Amici Children's Camp Charity in Toronto is seeking a Senior Fundraising Leader/Associate Director, Development & Communications to guide fundraising strategy, donor relations and communications while reporting to the Executive Director. We're looking for an experienced fundraising leader. This is a senior leadership opportunity to guide Amici's fundraising and communications while providing parental leave coverage and helping shape the future of Amici alongside an engaged Board of Directors, passionate volunteers and a collaborative staff team.

About Amici

Established in 1966, Amici partners with 50 Ontario Camps Association-accredited camps to provide life-changing camp experiences for children and youth in financial need. In 2026, Amici will support over 400 campers, providing over 800 weeks of camp across Ontario.

As a member of Amici's leadership team, you'll help maintain the momentum of our fundraising and communications while leading a talented team, strengthening donor relationships, and supporting the organization's continued growth.

What You'll Do

Working closely with the Executive Director, you'll:

• A passion for the power of overnight camp is considered an asset.

Other Requirements

This position includes occasional evening and weekend commitments to support fundraising events, Board and committee meetings, and other organizational activities.
