A leading financial institution in Toronto is seeking an Associate Director for Enterprise Risk Policy Management. The successful candidate will design and implement strategic initiatives to ensure policy adherence across the organization. You will leverage your 5+ years of governance experience to foster collaboration with partners. This role offers a comprehensive rewards program and a supportive development environment.
As Associate Director, Enterprise Risk Policy (ERP), you will be part of the team that champions the enterprise-wide implementation of the RBC Enterprise Risk Policy Management Requirements (GRM-RP5) and contribute to fostering a culture of policy awareness and adherence across RBC. Specifically, you will design, develop, lead and/or implement enterprise-wide policy management strategic initiatives and provide policy governance advisory services to policy governance centres and partners across the organization and all lines of defence.
