As Associate Director, Development, you will create and lead a multi-year portfolio of donors that will enable annual investments of between $3-5 million to support the mission of the Temerty Faculty of Medicine. You will inspire donors to invest at the highest levels and support the elevation of fundraising strategies across the Development team. Using your strong communication, relationship building and strategic insight, you will work with volunteers to enable donor referral, while ensuring alignment with Faculty priorities.
